Sonia has 30+ years’ experience in working on individual and group performance . She has developed a powerful approach that delivers measurable shifts in leaders’ behaviour.

She believes that results are achieved by respecting the unique needs of each individual and having a structured plan. Challenging and stretching, with high levels of intuition about what will lead to success, Sonia measures strengths and identifies unconscious beliefs blocking the use of the leader’s talent.

 

CAREER

Sonia spent her corporate career at Royal Sun Alliance initially working in sales and then developing sales capability across the organisation. Having created a powerful methodology to resolve those behaviours that block the effective use of a leader’s natural talent, she set up her own business in 1999. She has a demonstrable track record in helping others achieve their true potential.  Her clients include BT, Merryck & Co., Which Magazine, Orica, Cristeyns group and many others.

 

COACHING QUALIFICATIONS

Sonia qualified with the IPD and University of California and is a registered trainer with INLPTA.
