Yapıncak is an international strategic marketer, board-level customer champion, digital transformation agent and an executive coach. She has conducted projects in 20+ countries (EMEA, USA, China)

Yapincak partners with her clients as they tackle their leadership challenges and enables a wider dialogue within and beyond their teams that includes all voices in the system. She inspires them to embrace the right skills, space and spirit to make a positive change for themselves and their organizations. Courage, passion, energy and curiosity are the cornerstones of her client engagements. 

 

CAREER

Yapincak’s experience spans Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Technology, Auto, Oil & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing and Hospitality, working with family businesses and start-ups as well as multicultural teams in large matrix organizations.  In her early career Yapincak worked in Unilever, Nestle and Colgate Palmolive. She was part of the turnaround team that sold Mey (now Diageo in Turkey) to a private equity firm for over a billion USD. She moved to BP and then HSBC, as the Head of Marketing in Turkey, on the country ExCo. and European Marketing Leadership Teams. She has driven consistent growth and transformation for business models, brands and teams. 

 

She set up her coaching and advisory practice in 2013.  She works in all areas of marketing with a focus on business strategy, innovation, brand management, marketing communications, customer experience and digital transformation.  She is passionate about empowering women in business, upskilling marketers, mentoring entrepreneurs in her pro-bono work. 

 

Since moving to London at the end of 2016, Yapincak has served as a School Governor, Trustee of a healthcare charity and as a Board Apprentice in a FTSE 250 financial services business.

COACHING QUALIFICATIONS

Yapincak is an ICF accredited coach and a Master Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching.

PERSONAL

Yapincak studied business at Bosphorus University, Istanbul and completed an executive education program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.  She is a proud mother of two girls. She loves the sea as a RYA day skipper.
