Linda is an accomplished finance professional and business leader. She has worked as a CFO and COO. She has considerable M&A experience in the UK, Europe and North America. Focused and driven to achieve results, Linda inspires and motivates the people she works with. Having benefited from the support of a mentor in her own career, Linda is now focused on helping others navigate their own journeys.

As a leader in business Linda balanced a strong drive for results with the capacity to inspire and motivate others to high levels of effort and performance. She is passionate about helping others realise their full potential and is proud of the success of those she has helped to develop and grow.

CAREER

Linda started her career in professional services firm KPMG and then moved to HomeServe plc a FTSE 250 home services business. In her 25 years, as a Chartered Accountant, Linda has held senior finance positions as CFO, Finance Director, M&A Director & Investor Relations Director.

Linda has worked extensively in Europe and North America leading company acquisitions and driving ambitious growth plans. Most recently Linda enjoyed 4 years as the COO of UK based Checkatrade, a digital marketplace specialising in home repairs.

 

COACHING QUALIFICATIONS

Linda is qualified as an Integral Development Coach. The programme delivered by Third Space in partnership with New Ventures West is ICF accredited.

PERSONAL

Linda enjoys spending time with family (husband and two active teenagers), ambling on country walks and coastal pathways in Ireland and has recently discovered the joy of the gym and yoga.
