NINA GLASS

OVERVIEW

Nina combines over 15 years in corporate roles with a similar span in leadership advisory.  She works with public and private companies and individuals where there is an appetite to reset, transform and embed change.

APPROACH

Nina believes that, while technology has become a driving force in our lives, people are more than ever at the heart of successful business stories.  In today’s business environment, success is built on leadership with purpose and meaning, coupled with an ambition to deliver better outcomes for all stakeholders.

Nina supports leaders in understanding what gives them personal significance and fills them with purpose, creating awareness of themselves and their interconnectedness to others within their businesses and beyond.  This includes their personal lives and realising the full possibility of what ‘can be.’

Providing ample structure and process to engender deepened understanding and progress, Nina also allows time and space for the emergent, unfolding of discoveries. An avid learner herself, Nina looks to create a space for her clients that is a ‘safe harbour’ for reflection and learning, and brings to the mix her creativity, full presence and supportive challenge.

CAREER

Born and raised in America, Nina has lived most of her working life in Europe and has been a business executive for more than 30 years. She spent the first 15 years of her career in corporate contexts, bridging strategy, sales and marketing, and finance in companies including IHG, Sysco Foods, Burger King, American Express, MasterCard and AXA.  This was followed by several years in a start-up, after which she decided to leverage these experiences into management consultancy.

Since 2007, Nina has been working with leaders across Europe and North America on organisational design, succession planning and search, team effectiveness, and business change.  The hallmark of her engagement as a coach is synchronising leaders, teams and organisations, to build impact, enhance dynamics and performance, and engender greater individual and collective energy.

Currently a Strategic Advisor to non-profit Chapter Zero, a Boards-focused climate action organisation, Nina is also committed to supporting leaders as they undertake the challenging transition to sustainable development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nina is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as an Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is accredited in Hogan, 6Team Conditions, Leadership Circle, GC Index, Predictive Index, Enneagram, Rocket Model Team Survey and Team Connect 360.

PERSONAL

Nina is married to Bill, a Brit who she met when they were both working in Miami. After 30 years she still enjoys his company and the travel, music and sporting experiences they have together, although you will also find her out with friends and family at the theatre, movies and other more culture-orientated activities that she gravitates to in her spare time and which fill her with joy.
