Roger believes that the phrase work-life balance is very damaging as the opposite of life is death rather than work. So if people see “life” as outside work, then they are not fully alive in the work place. Instead we need to think of a balanced life in which work plays a key role whether paid or unpaid and that we have time for our personal and family life too. As a former investment banking MD, Unicorn Start up Co-founder and Charity leader he has lots of professional experience to draw upon.
As a trained singer and keen athlete, Roger loves to introduce playful physical activity into his presentations allowing people to experience the power of voice and body to connect to key things.
