Jojo is an experienced executive coach and organisational psychologist baesd in London, specialising in cross-cultural leadership and decision-making. With an MSc in Organisational Psychology, she helps C-suite executives navigate the complexities of leadership across Western and Eastern cultures.

From coaching CEOs on managing China operations to supporting Chinese executives in adapting to Western work environments. She works across finance, fintech, legal, education, fashion and manufacturing industries, using her deep knowledge of both Western and Eastern business practices to cultivate high-performing, culturally aware leadership teams.

CAREER HISTORY 

Jojo's first venture was successfully turning round a training startup in China, which provided language and soft skills training to professionals, and consulting services to international companies including BMW China, Reuters, BBC and the British Embassy. The business was profitable and expanded from a single location to three, eventually exiting through selling to a competitor.

Her next career move was to build and manage a large corporate entertainment venue with over 400 staff in central Beijing. Jojo also manages a family fund focused on real estate investment and runs a Chinese tea business.

 

COACHING QUALIFICATIONS

Jojo is a certified executive coach and she holds a graduate degree in English, an MBA and an MSc in Organisational Psychology all from leading universities.

Certified graduate of Meyler Campbell Master Programme on business coaching accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Institute of Coaching (IOC) and Association for Coaching (AC). Accredited by EMCC as a Global Individual Practitioner.
