JACK FITZPATRICK
OVERVIEW
Jack Fitzpatrick received a diagnosis of Autism and Dyspraxia when he was three years of age. He uses this experience and his expertise to provide support for companies to better handle their approach to Diversity and Inclusion, in particular Autism. He recently graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom with a First-class BA Honours degree in Education Studies and Inclusion.
APPROACH
Despite being relatively early, Jack’s approach is built upon lived experience and the desire to help others, enabling and supporting people who identify as Neurodiverse to reach their full potential within the workplace and broader social settings.

CAREER
Jack is now studying for his PhD at Liverpool John Moores University in partnership with Merseyside Police and UK Law Enforcement Agencies. His thesis is titled ‘Modern Policing in the 21st Century Time for Inclusive Cultural Shift’, focusing on Neurodiversity in the workplace, researching best practices, the business case for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and finding areas for adaptation, innovation, and positive change.
Jack was published by the UK Home Affairs Select Committee Policing Priorities Call for Evidence. He was awarded a VC Bicentennial PhD Scholarship and presented to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the FBI in Washington DC and helped educate the FBI on Neurodiversity, a new term to their organisation. Jack has also presented to the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office EDI Committee and MoD Military Police HR Department, spoken with the EDI department at the Metropolitan Police and has presented to UK Counter Terrorism Network.
In 2023, Jack received an award for excellence in postgraduate studies from the Centre for Educational Research, and this was because of the international collaboration as part of his PhD and the impact he is having upon the law enforcement sector.​

PERSONAL
Jack plays golf regularly and is a member of the Royal Liverpool Golf Club an Open Championship Venue. He plays off a handicap of 16.
