HANS CHRISTIAN IVERSEN

OVERVIEW

Hans Christian has worked throughout Europe and the Middle East both as a consulting partner and as CEO and Chairman for media, telecommunications, financial services, management consultants. He has recently returned from Bhutan where he is Professor in Business at the Royal Bhutan University.

  

APPROACH

He feels passionately about the success of good and consistent leadership, leading by example in creating a strong core team spirit to deliver excellence. Hans Christian is now practicing this approach in his mentoring and in his various executive roles.

 

CAREER

Hans Christian started his career with Arthur D. Little in London, led Logica in Denmark and moved to financial services consulting with PwC Germany. He joined Egmont-Disney in Europe. Initially responsible for all publishing activities in central and eastern Europe, he transferred to Group as Executive VP for Strategic Planning, before running publishing activities in France, Italy, Spain and the Balkans. After a period as Partner in Charge at Deloitte Denmark and head of Global media out of London he joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in London as head of media and telecommunications. Hans Christian has been CEO of a regional stockbroker and chaired different companies from professional services to a train manufacturer.  He continues to work as a mentor and coach.

 

COACHING QUALIFICATIONS

Hans Christian is an executive coach, a qualified Gallup Strengths coach and a certified practitioner for Zenger Folkman's Extraordinary Leader 360. He was a Merryck & Co. mentor for 10 years.

  

PERSONAL

He speaks six languages and is married to Penelope, a solicitor. They have two children and enjoy spending as much time as possible in the south of France. Hans Christian has been a mentor with the Prince’s Trust for more than 20 years.
