Gill brings over twenty years’ consulting experience in strategy, finance and emerging tech. A key area of focus is how to lead through radical uncertainty and develop a leadership consciousness for the challenges of the twenty-first century.


Gill is passionate about guiding her clients to find a more authentic way of leading others and living life. She explores how to bring more of yourself to work and home through purpose, creativity, community and connection with yourself and with others. She uses ancient and modern wisdom in her coaching and is committed to an inclusive coaching practice.


Gill brings over twenty years’ consulting experience to her work, having led teams in strategy, finance and emerging tech in some of the world’s largest organisations including IBM and PwC. She has led teams to build ground-breaking digital and AI platforms and has experience in all aspects of technology innovation, strategic business transformation and new business start-ups. She has international experience, speaking and working in Spanish and French. Gill’s work centred on creating radical new ways of doing business for clients in government and the private sector. As a coach she now brings the same breakthrough approaches to the people and organisations she works with.

She holds a degree in English and French Law from Kings College, London and the Pantheon-Sorbonne, Paris. She has an MA in Applied Linguistics and an MBA from Lancaster University Management School.


Gill qualified as an Integral Development Coach with New Ventures West. She is a qualified yoga teacher.


Gill lives in Richmond, London with her daughter. She is a board member at Kingston University and a mentor at Kings College London. A member of London’s Southbank Centre and the Royal Academy of Arts, she can usually be found enjoying art or music, walking in nature by the River Thames or travelling off the beaten track in Europe and further afield. Her practices include yoga, dance and meditation.
