Our Coaches are expert at finding the inflexion points and catalysing the shifts in mindset and behaviour that lead to exceptional performance.

They home in on the areas where targeted personal growth has significant organisational impact, identifying the few key things that create the shortest path to success.

Data-driven methodology.

Coaching starts with calibrating the individual and understanding their context within the organisation.
The Strengths Unleashed Assessment process provides objective data and can be used to benchmark them against a global database of 110,000 business leaders.

Our Coaches are skilled at interpreting the individual assessment reports and seeing the connections, alignments – and anomalies – that our multi-lensed approach reveals.

This is done in the context of what the organisation’s needs are. As former business leaders our Coaches are focused on business results, and their experience provides a frame of reference that extends well beyond the individual leader’s profile.

“The Board were able to get valuable insights in evaluating the top leadership team ahead of considering CEO succession and our needs to support the ambitions of the business.”

Turn insight into action.

The insight gleaned from assessment feeds into a tailored plan, drawing on tried and tested practical actions shown to be catalytic in unlocking leadership potential.

By analysing and collating the individual assessment datasets, we can also draw a clear picture of the organisation’s collective strengths (and weaknesses). This highlights where leaders and teams are aligned to the strategic needs and culture of the business, and where gaps and misalignment may be holding the business back.

Senior leaders often sense intuitively where issues lie but can’t define what exactly is missing. As one leader said after we worked with the Exco and their direct reports: “I sensed something was wrong, now I know what to do about it”.

The leadership sweet-spot.

Our research shows that the sweet-spot lies at the intersection of the leader’s strengths, their energy, and the current organisational need.

Leaders that play to their strengths have more drive and commitment and they work harder. Understanding others’ strengths and energies makes teams more effective and fun to work in.

By focusing on strengths in coaching individuals and teams, we catalyse new levels of awareness, build leadership capability and support the delivery of exceptional business results.

And in shifting the dial for themselves, leaders also become more adept at developing the people around them.
