Problem

Building a high performance leadership team in a gas sensing and analysis global leader.

The new CEO inherited a business with world leading products, but with a history of production issues leading to delayed shipments and missed budgets He needed to assess the incumbent leadership team and develop their capability to resolve the problems and realise the growth potential of the business.  


Outcome

The business has exceeded its budgets for two successive years and has been identified by the group CEO as a platform for future growth. It is pursuing an aggressive growth strategy focused on extending the product offer and acquiring complementary businesses.   

HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN

ASSESS

Using the Strengths Unleashed high performing team framework, we assessed the senior leadership team current capability level. 
We identified a significant lack of trust that was undermining the performance of the team and negatively impacting the motivation and morale of the organisation.

UNLOCK

Using the insight generated in the assessment process, we created a tailored programme to support the team journey to peak levels of performance. 
Working with the CEO we designed a sequence of individual and collective reflection points using research-based tools to evidence the need to act.

UNLEASH

New members of the team were recruited to fill the gaps in capability identified by our analysis of the data gathered.
We coached the CEO and facilitated the top team learning journey to peak performance.
